Bye Irregularity

Bye Irregularity

Naturally control your period regularity and symptoms—such as fatigue, anxiety, and migraine—with one super supplement. Our ingredients treat and prevent anemia, promote cycle regularity, relieve PMS symptoms, ease period migraines, and prevent neural tube defects.
Each box contains 30 packets of pills. Take one packet prior to bedtime every night. Regimen should last a total of 30 days.
1) How do I use the medication? Take one packet every evening before bed. 2) What are the side effects? Side effects are rare and include nausea, constipation, diarrhea, headache, and itching. If noted, please see a doctor. 3) What if I miss a dose? Because these are supplements, there is no harm in missing a dose. Do not double up if you miss a dose. 4) Will it change my period schedule? This product contains ingredients that promote cycle regularity. If your cycle is not consistent in length from month to month, you may notice some changes in your schedule as it becomes more regular. 5) What precautions should I follow? This product contains iron. Please discuss use with your doctor if you have a history of problems with iron supplements or if you have a history of bleeding issues including hemolytic anemia. If you are taking an antibiotic, please separate use by two hours. This product contains magnesium oxide. Please discuss use with your doctor if you are taking aspirin or a reflux medication. Indicated for ages 12 and older. 6) What dietary instructions should I follow? Unless otherwise directed by your doctor, continue your normal diet. 7) Does this need to be taken with food and/or water? Bye Irregularity is safe to be taken with or without food or water. Vitamin C has been added to this product for optimal absorbency. 8) Is it bad if I take this while pregnant? Because some of the ingredients have not been studied during pregnancy, it is recommended that you stop use as soon as you find out you are pregnant. If you have concerns about use before discovering you are pregnant, discuss with your doctor. 9) What's the difference between this and a prenatal vitamin? This product and prenatal vitamins share some similar ingredients. However, this product is not intended to serve as a complete collection of dietary supplements that are recommended during pregnancy.

Common Questions

1) What is menstrual regularity? +
  • Menstrual regularity simply means having periods that occur at consistent intervals each month. This is typically between 24-38 days but will vary individually.
2) How regular should your periods be? +
  • Periods are considered regular if they occur roughly the same number of days apart each month, usually within a 2-3 day variation.
3) What is considered an irregular period? +
  • In general, irregular periods are cycles shorter than 21 days, longer than 35 days or vary significantly from month to month. Of course, everyone is different, so it’s worth consulting with your provider if you’re not sure.
4) Why are my periods getting closer and closer together? +
  • If your period is arriving sooner every month, it could be due to hormonal changes like perimenopause, stress, thyroid issues, or other medical conditions. It’s always best to consult a healthcare provider to identify the cause.
